Official Rules (“Official Rules”)
By entering this Sweepstakes, I agree to the terms and conditions set forth in these Official Rules. I confirm that I am at least 18 years old and have reached the age of majority in my jurisdiction of residence at the time of registration. By entering the competition, I agree to sign up to receive newsletters and special offers from Sweet Birth. No purchase is necessary. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning. The Sweepstakes is subject to federal, state, municipal and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited.
Eligibility: Sweet Birth's Postpartum Sweepstakes is open to anyone who is at least eighteen (18) years old and has a valid email address. Employees, independent contractors, interns, officers, directors and agents of Sponsor and associated companies are not eligible to participate.
Sponsor: The contest is sponsored by Sweet Birth.
Agreement to Official Rules: By participating in the Sweepstakes, you indicate your full and unconditional agreement and acceptance of (a) these Official Rules and (b) the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding. To win a prize, you must fulfill all the conditions set out herein.
Entry Period: The Sweepstakes begins on July 24, 2023 at 10:00 a.m. and ends on August 1, 2023 at 8:00 p.m. (“Entry Period”). Entries submitted before or after the entry period will not be eligible. Sponsor's computer is the official timekeeping device for the Sweepstakes. The competition will end on May 4, 2023 at 8:00 p.m.
How to Enter: At the beginning of the Entry Period, you may enter the Sweepstakes by visiting the Sweepstakes Site (the “Sweepstakes Site”) and completing the Sweepstakes Entry Form (https://sweetbirth.net/pages/ competition-4). The use of an agency or any automated system to enter is strictly prohibited and Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entries received through such methods, as determined by Sponsor, in its sole discretion.
By entering the Sweepstakes in accordance with the entry process described above, you opt-in to receive email communications from Sweet Birth and agree that your registration and any other information collected in connection with the Sweepstakes will be used by Sweet Birth. In addition, the participant must have fulfilled all of the conditions of participation mentioned on the page cited above.
Draw: Starting August 1, 2023, a winner will be drawn at 8 p.m. from all entries received.
Notification and Requirements of Potential Winner: Sponsor will attempt to notify the potential winner within five (5) business days of the drawing via email or Instagram. If a potential winner does not respond within two (2) calendar days after notification is sent, Sponsor will select another potential winner in his or her place, at random, from all other entries received. Only three (3) other potential winners will be contacted. Unless prohibited, a potential winner may be required to complete and return an affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity release. If a potential winner fails to sign and return these documents within the required time period, another potential winner may be selected in his or her place in a random drawing from among all remaining entries received. Only three (3) other potential winners may be contacted.
Prize(s): 1 winner will be chosen.

- A postnatal support belt from the Sweet Birth brand
- A diaper bag “like candy” from the Bebel brand
General Conditions: In the event that the operation, security or administration of the Contest is compromised in any way, for any reason, including, but not limited to, due to fraud, virus or other technical problem, Sponsor may, in its sole discretion: (a) suspend the Sweepstakes to remedy the deficiency and resume the Sweepstakes in a manner most consistent with the spirit of this official rules; or (b) award the prize(s) at random from eligible entries received up to the time of impairment. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any person it determines is tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes or who is acting in violation of these Official Rules or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Any attempt by any person to undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes may be a violation of criminal and civil law and, if such an attempt is made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from such person to the fullest extent. permitted by law. Sponsor's failure to enforce any provision of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision. Proof of sending any communication to Sponsor by mail will not be considered proof of receipt of such communication by Sponsor. In the event of a dispute regarding any online entry, the authorized account holder of the email address used to enter will be deemed the entrant. The "authorized account holder" is the natural person who is assigned an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider, or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted email address.
Release and Limitations of Liability: By participating in the Sweepstakes, you agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, its parent company, subsidiaries, affiliates, prize providers and each of their officers, directors, employees and respective agents (the “Released Parties”) from any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or use of any prize, including, but not limited to: (a) a unauthorized human intervention; (b) technical errors relating to computers, servers, providers, or telephone or network lines; (c) printing errors; (d) lost, late, postage-due, misdirected or undeliverable mail; (e) errors in the administration or processing of entries; or (f) injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, by entrant's participation or receipt or use of any prize. You also agree that, in any cause of action, the Released Parties' liability will be limited to the cost of registering and participating in the Sweepstakes, and that in no event will the Released Parties be liable for attorneys' fees. You waive the right to claim any damages whatsoever, including, but not limited to, punitive, consequential, direct, or indirect damages.
Confidentiality and use of information submitted; advertising: Any information you submit in connection with the Sweepstakes will be used for the purposes of this SweetBirth and treated in accordance with Sponsor's privacy policy as set forth in these Official Rules. Unless prohibited, participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes entrant's consent to Sponsor's use of his or her name, likeness, voice, opinions, biographical information and state of residence for promotional purposes in all media, without further payment or consideration.
Use of Entrant Information: By participating in the Sweepstakes, you acknowledge and agree that Sponsor may use entrant information, including, without limitation, your email address, telephone number, mailing address or other information contact information provided for the purposes of general solicitation, marketing or other commercial or promotional activities in connection with the services and products provided by Sponsor or participating companies. You may revoke the use of this information at any time by providing written notice to Sponsor and each other participating company at the following addresses or by responding to a marketing email using the unsubscribe link provided in the email. Please note that your opt-out preference will apply to marketing communications and may not apply to transactional communications, including those associated with your participation. By providing my telephone number, I consent to receive automated SMS marketing messages from the host and partners of this campaign through an automated telephone dialing system at the number provided. Message/data rates may apply and you can unsubscribe at any time. For text messages, you can send "STOP" in response to a text message you receive.
Disputes: Unless prohibited, you agree that any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with the Sweepstakes or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the appropriate court . All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, your rights and obligations, or the rights and obligations of Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France .
Third Party Platforms: If this Sweepstakes is hosted, administered or operated on a third party platform, including but not limited to a social media platform (e.g. Facebook or Twitter) (“ Platform third party"), then, by participating in this Sweepstakes, entrants hereby release and agree to comply with all rules and policies established by such third party platform and to hold harmless said third party platform from any liability, loss or damage arising from or in connection with the attribution, receipt and/or use or misuse of the prizes or participation in any prize-related activity. Except as otherwise provided in these Official Rules, this Sweepstakes is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, any third party platform.
